can't activate – all plugins disabled

    Same EXACT thing is happening to me on one of my sites using SNAP.

    SNAP just stopped the other day and wouldnt post to anything. I tried updating some of the settings and it just wouldnt post to anything. So I deactivated both the plugin and the upgrade plugin and when I tried to activate them again, they would deactivate ALL plugins I had installed. Now there is no way to activate SNAP because when I try, it deactivates everything wont activate.

    ANY IDEAS ANYONE? Obviously Im not the only one with this problem.
