Backup WP File Doesn’t Work

Hello,

I transferred my files to a new domain, so I backed up my whole website and I am uploading them manually but WordPress is not working, even though all the files are where they should be.

Sorry if I sound like a complete moron, I’m not used to transferring files to begin with so this is kind of confusing for me. I appreciate any suggestions and advice you guys have!! :o)
