Profile Page

Hi Lpion,

By default the profile will be blank. For fields to show on the profile page you need to add fields to the profile form.

Also the username, password and email should be showing on the account page and not the profile page.

Yes i just figured it out. I can use cutom fields to add , but i cant add a new field and share the meta key.
Problem now is , that there are not all custom fields i created for the registration form.

The custom fields appear at the bottom of the field modal so you can reuse them on other forms. Please check bottom of add new field modal.

Yes that is where i found them. But in the field modal on bottom there are not all fields i made , so i cant reuse all.

Any particular field types that are not showing in custom field section or is it random? Have you tried creating the fields with other plugin deactivated? No one else has reported this issue so hopefull you can give some clear steps or how we can replicate this.

As i wrote in my first post , i dont have any other plugins.

Yes its seems it has been particular fields.
It has been the predefiend fields wich i used, but renamed the Title for them. So they dont show within the cutom fields , since they are actually predefied fields.
So now i used them , and it works perfectly fine for now.

EDIT: For future updates , it might come in handy for more people if the default profile page would be filled with the fields used for registration. Because clicking on X to delete them if you dont want them , is less hassle then actually add every field again. ??

You can add any fields to profile form, duplicate profile forms. They won’t be lost when you update the plugin. Why this causes hassle for you? ?? We’re just trying to understand to make our plugin better.

Oh, i didnt mean they get lost on update , it was meant as suggestion for future updates.
I didnt know i can duplicate them , but yea now you said it , its actually obvious. I just read the hint that i cant change formtype on default forms, and just assumed i cant duplicate any , and set it as default form for profile in my case.
I should have looked closer.
Thinking of it now , i could have saved myself a lot of hassle…

The plugin is great, and like always 90% of errors and issues are between chair and monitor …

You can duplicate any form, even core forms. ?? Glad you FOUND It now!

You can’t change core form type but can duplicate it to save yourself lot of time.
