Those links shouldn’t be centered – looks like you’ve made changes to the theme to cause that effect, so you’d need to start undoing those tweaks to not have them centered there.

If you modified the theme files directly I’d suggest making a child theme so your tweaks won’t be overwritten the next time the theme gets updated.

In terms of moving the pagination, I think you’ll need to approach it from the angle of moving the Jetpack Related posts block instead. Here’s some guidance on how to do that:
