Changed URL in general settings, can't log in!

    Hi,

    I changed the URLs in my general>settings and now I can’t log in. I have followed other answers on forums and gone into phpmyadmin and changed the “siteurl” and “home” links under wp-options but it is still not working!! Please help. The url is https://www.lifebeforeweknowit.com
