Moved site, log in and registration url not updated

Hi, I have recently moved WP from https://naturistholidays.com to https://naturistholidays.com/pages

I have updated all my urls however when a user selects either log in or register it takes them to: https://naturistholidays.com/wp-login.php or https://naturistholidays.com/wp-login.php?action=register

It is missing out the /pages/

I have no idea how to change this, i have tried using velvet blues plugin as well as a few others to replace the urls.. It has changed on all other links that i have on my site just not the paid membership buttons.
