• As far as themes in WP are concerned I know next to nothing. Bear this in mind if you respond to this inquiry.
I have a website that I am responsible for maintaining. The developer of the theme for the site is not available for providing help. If you check the website ( lccut.org ) you will see that it is quite simple in design. Every page has exactly the same template– navigation aids in the left hand column and the same sidebar on every page.

I would like to be able to display some of the web pages in a fashion so that the right sidebar is absent or perhaps just different from the homepage and most of the other pages. In particular, pages that display video, such as lccut.org/playlist2/, would not require the video player to overlap the sidebar as is now the case. I know I could make the video player smaller but I don’t want to do this. I would like to remove the sidebar on these pages entirely or replace it with a different one that would accommodate the video player better.
Thanks for any help you can offer me.
    John
