Can't post in PAID forum support – still need to get plugin working

    If there was a link to create a new post in the paid forum, I’d be happy to. I am logged in, no option to create a new post. https://screenshot.net/mx9l8ty.

    Still need the URL associated with this purchase updated since the plugin stopped working once we went live. Appears you closed the old thread, forcing me to create a new one to get some assistance here.

    Site is LIVE and we have to call customers by phone to confirm their checkout information because the plugin stopped working.
