[Theme: Catchbase] Move Nav Bar

I am using a child theme of the Catchbase theme and I would like to move the Nav bar to float right next to my logo. However when I tell it to float right it still stays underneath the header image. I can’t find the part of the code I need to alter to move it into the header area.
