Oxytarm-ap.com – Hacked, redirect, slow in loading

    Hi guys,

    I god a sad story to share. https://www.oxytarm-ap.com
    I found this person on freelancer.com and wanted to build a new website with him. Previously using osCommerce though ugly it was stable.

    We took a year to build this website (hosted with GoDaddy). Finally up.
    Now keep getting hacked, redirected to “weird” sites (when click on any link), slow loading and the website design keep saying that

    1) because too much customization
    2) plugins need to be updated regularly
    3) advised me to get a webmaster

    Why is this happening?
    I haven’t paid him in full yet, left like 30%.

    I feel like changing a programmer. But what he said is it true? can someone enlighten me? What is wrong with my website?

    Distressed individual, feel like dying. I feel so stupid to trust.
