Am I the admin for my site?

    I’d like to be able to use some of the plugins offered, but I can”t figure out how. It seems like I need a site admin to do things or I need to be the site admin.
    It’s just a personal blog and I’m the only one on it, so it seems like I should be my own admin. But if I am, I have no idea how to get to the goodies only admins have access to.

    Thanks in advance to anyone willing to spoon feed a newbie some information ??
