Using iframes

I have an iframe in a page, and have switched on page caching in w3total cache.
Will this affect the way my iframe is being rendered? Some of my visitors claim to have issues with the iframe, so I wanted to confirm if w3total cache has something to do with it.
If so, how can I prevent any problems?
