Multisite with Theme Extensions — Not Recognized

    Hi. I’m running a multisite setup. When I install and network-activate the “ABOVE HEADER WIDGET AREA” plugin, I don’t seem to be able to configure it.

    When I use any of the sites, go to ‘customize’ the theme, I see the ‘Above Header’ under ‘Widgets’, but I don’t see the extension under ‘Extensions’, as depicted in the plugin’s video.

    I don’t see the content I’ve added to the ‘Above Header’ widget area. It’s a private site at the moment so I’m not able to show you.

    Can you help?

    Hey,

    The documentation video is done on a multisite setup so the issue might come from somewhere else. Also, you should post question related to our Moesia extensions in our forums as these forums are for the theme.
