Front page works, 404 errors for every other page.

Hi, https://www.dodger.ca is the site. It is running WordPress 2.2 and the site was working fine until this afternoon. I developed it in the background and then deleted the old index.html holding page and let it resolve to index.php. It was working fine for a while and then got some 500 errors which we my fault. I deleted the .htaccess file as I am not redirecting any pages and it seemed to do the trick.

The admin console is fine and I have the database backup plugin which I have backed up right now, but this one has me baffled. All the pages are there and are working from the console.
