"Custom location" no longer available?

Hi,
I’ve been using this plugin for years and one big reason was that it support customized location for sitemap files.

I needed this feature as I am using Virtual Multiblog system where all my sites are built on just a single installation of WP codebase.

In this scenario, sitemap for different sites has to reside in a unique location.

I noticed this feature has been missing from newer updates of this plugin and renders my sites become sitemapless..

Any idea how to achieve the above i.e. ability to assign a location for every site in question.
