Date Tag on Contact Form 7 Help Please

Hi guys

Can anyone please help me with the date tag on Contact Form 7?

I want to set it so if the person clicks it they can not pick a date before that days date (its for booking transport)

I have read the support from contact 7 but it doesn’t make sense to me. Could anyone please provide me with a tag as an example?

Also is there a way of changing the placeholder from DD/MM/YYYY To have some text infront of it i.e Travel Date DD/MM/YYYY

Finally what is the quickest way to change the email settings so it shows DD/MM/YYYY or E.G 25-Jul-2015 rather than 2015/07/25
