    Hi there!

I recently installed this plugin to try this calendar out, but it didn’t work out for my purposes (though it seemed like a great plugin).

The question I have, as I’m just getting down to edit user roles in my wordpress, is that I’m seeing some options for “Delete Tribe Event,” etc. etc. Lots of “Tribe” stuff. When I Google it, this plugin comes up.

I’ve uninstalled this plugin, so I’m curious if this is remnants in my database? If so, can these be safely removed?

Any assistance on this is most welcome!

    Howdy Alice,

That is a good question. We are actually developing an official cleanup plugin to clean absolutely everything Tribe related from a database post install, for people like yourself who have not intention of reinstalling.

In the mean time there is one community built plugin that does cleanup, including deleting user roles. Check out Event Rocket: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/event-rocket/ There is a feature of it called Project Jettison. If you install the plugin temporarily, and run Jettison, it should clean those roles. Then you can uninstall that plugin.

    I hope that helps. Cheers!

    Thanks Brook,

I wound up completely reinstalling my WordPress site, so that took care of the Tribe leftovers.

Glad to know that there is a way. ??

Thanks Alice for following up. I am sorry you had to reinstall the site, hopefully it wasn’t on account of those DB entries. But glad you got it resolved now. ?? Cheers!
