That image is 332×482 and your opengraph image dimension setting is 1200×1200 cropped, so yes, it’s too small.

This support forum is for the Free version, which functionally is very similar to the Pro version, except it does not have many of the customization features (or 3rd party plugin support). If you had the Pro version, I would suggest you simply use the Image URL field in the Social Settings metabox for that post/page, but the Free version does not offer that level of customization — most meta tags are generated automatically based on your content.

I would suggest either using a featured image from your media library, or at least attaching one to your post/page (so it doesn’t show, but WPSSO can pick it up). That strategy is covered in one of the FAQs.

Ah! I guess I did not know for a fact that it was big enough ?? Oops! But thank you for explaining, that, because I didn’t realize that the 1200×1200 applied to that. I thought it only applied to the ‘default image’, so thank you for clearing that up ?? I will try fixing that and see what happens ??

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!

Okay…I just set the opengraph image dimension to 300×300, and I added width and height dimensions to the pic I wanted it to choose…and it WORKS!

Thanks so much for your help ?? ?? ??
