Unable to access the network error message when I try to access my sites

I think it is 4.1.1 as I cannot be sure as I am unable to get into the site or admin section to check. I have been struggling all day to access my blogs on www.ads-software.com without any success. Continually gives me the error message, “unable to access the network”. I’ve cleared my cache. The same thing is happening with a friend’s sites too. I’ve rebooted. All other sites are working, it is only the WordPress sites not working. Any ideas please? This is rather urgent and I look forward to hearing from someone. Thank you so much.
