    Hi lhilton760,

    1. Please make sure you marked the checkbox for “Save messages to database” on the plugin settings page, and that you selected the necessary formats for saving emails.

    2. In Dashboard > CF to DB, please mark the checkboxes of the necessary letters, and select “Download messages” from “Bulk Actions” drop-down list. When done, click “Apply.”
