  • I am also having this problem – none of the customer info (customer name, billing address, email, etc. are being passed to, or saved on the Braintree side of things, so it is near impossible to search for specific transactions in the Braintree Control Panel (for example to look up an order using the customer’s name or email address for a refund). Is that the correct functionality of this plugin? or am I missing something?
