4.1.0 adding "///" before quotes and apostrophes

    Hello there, first off EXCELLENT plugin!

    Unfortunately, I am experiencing what appears to be an old problem that was once resolved (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/quiz-questions-put-a-before-an-apostrophe?replies=4). Back slashes are inserted (or multiplied, if already existing) during every save/update. If I remove them from one question, then update it, the slashes get added back to another question I just fixed.

    Note that it appears to only be affecting text in the “Correct Answer Info” field. The “Questions” and “Answers” fields do not experience the problem.

    I am running 4.1.0.
