    Hello,

    Yesterday my xmlrpc.php file shows:

This function has been disabled This function has been disabled
As you can see on https://www.peutograaf.nl/xmlrpc.php

This came to my attention when I tried to connect the WordPress Android app on my tablet.

Also JetPack gives an XMLRPC related error on connecting, a least, trying to connect as it won’t succeed.

    I already tried:
    – Re-install wordpress 4.1.1
    – Re-install Jetpack
    – Switching between themes
    – Disable all plugins

    All the plugins I’m using:
    – Download Manager
    – Fourteen Colors
    – Fourteen Extended
    – Jetpack
    – Limit Login Attempts
    – Simple Lightbox

Does anybody know a solution for this problem? Thanks!

    Grtz,
    Robert Delpeut

    Hello,

I’m having a similar problem as Robert. I get the “xml_rpc-32700” error message when I try to reactivate Jetpack which I deactivated because after the automatic upgrade to WordPress 4.1.1 my stats lines were missing and I couldn’t add media images to posts.

I deactivated all my plugins without success and then when I reactivated them the Jetpack wouldn’t reconnect to WordPress.com.

The link to my site is https://www.allthingscrimeblog.com/xmlrpc.php

And, unfortunately, I still can’t add images.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially with the Jetpack people out of town until March 16th.

    Thanks,

    Patrick

@patrickhmoore – you’ll need to start your own thread even if your issue appears to be the same – your site and server are not identical and it doesn’t work to have more than one person per thread – so please post a new one here:

Yesterday, the problem solved itself. I tried again to connect Jetpack, and it worked! I don’t know what changed in the meantime.
