    Hi there,

I’ve just installed the Awesome Support plugin and quite like it ??
But, there is always a ‘but’, I do have some questions:

    1. I note that the plugin isn’t picking up the Dutch locale I’m using. Is there a Dutch translation? And if so, do I need to do something special in order to activate it?

    2. How would I add extra fields? I’ve read this page, as suggested by the plugin (in the settings > advanced > Custom Login / Registration Page), but can’t quite seem to get the gist of it. It is rather vital that I ask for name, phonenumber (required) and, optionally, email address.

    Thank you ??

    Hi,

First of all, the Dutch translation hasn’t been done even though we have a Dutch team on Transifex (where the translation is handled). This is why your locale is not taken into account.

Regarding the custom fields, there is no documentation yet but I’ll work on it so that you can easily add your custom fields to the submission form. If I can find the time I’ll write some today.

Thank you for your reply. Regarding the Dutch translation: that does explain the behaviour of the plugin. And I do hope you can get to custom fields feature some time soon ??

For now I’ll use the Contact Form 7 plugin for people to get in touch and use Awesome Support as the back office ticket system. That’s a good enough workaround for me.

Here you go, we finally have some documentation for custom fields: https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/custom-fields/
