Problems … send to editor doesn’t work anymore ..

  • Okay ..

    This is what I did ..
    I changed a blog from server to server … I first tested it online and filled in posts and pictures… no problem .. I send the picture to the editor through the send to editor button…

    Now i’ve migrated the blog to a different hosting acount, wich is actually in the same company with the same settings…

    I exported the database and replaced all links with the correct new domain name link … Everything in the blog shows up nicely …

    Problem … when I want to edit a post :
    1) without FCKeditor, the text doesn’t show up .. and with it it does…
    2) I cannot SEND A PICTURE TO EDITOR anymore! I press the button and nothing …. this worked fine before …

    All I did was search and replace the links in the database from https://www.olddomain.com to https://www.newmdomain.com …

    Anyone ? I really need to solve this QUICK!

  • I used the WordPress Automatic Update plugin to update my WordPress from Version 2.2 to 2.3 yesterday, and this EXACT problem occured. I cannot find any other solution, and am considering a complete re-install of the site and restoring the database.

    I would like to fix this rather than re-install. Please advise.
