I can't get change fonts to work

I added this plugin because after WordPress upgraded my fonts on some pages changed. I want to use Tahoma on the whole site as a default, and Tahoma Bold on the nav menu. The pages I can’t get the fonts to change to Tahoma are:

https://lallabee.com/wholesale/linesheet/And as you can see, the nav menu at the bottom of all the pages is no longer in Tahoma Bold.
