The Plugin does not seem to be working with the new WooCommerce update. Everything ‘looks’ fine, but credit cards will give an error message and will not process. Anyone have a patch or fix for this until the developer does an update? I got Paypal Pro and spent much time getting an SSL and installing it because of this PlugIn, but it’s now inoperable for me. Very frustrating.

If you can let me know what error message you’re getting I can help you more. We do have a few minor adjustments we need to make with the latest version of WooCommerce, but I know plenty of people have already updated without any issue.

When I put in the credit card, it states ‘Card security code is invalid (only digits are allowed’ and takes me back to the top of the checkout page. I KNOW that I am only using ‘digits’.

I have tried several times with different cards and have had at least one customer say they had a problem, but were able to put their order through when I switched from PayPal Pro Payments (hosted on my checkout page that was working before the update) to PayPal standard.

My theme also just had an update to accomodate the new WooCommerce plugin, so while it ‘could’ be the theme, I suspect it’s the plugin.

It ONLY doesn’t work with Paypal payments pro, which was working fine before the WooCommerce update. The Paypal express works fine. So, those who have updated and are not having problems, are they using Paypal Pro with a security cert? Because it’s only PayPal pro having the issue.

I know some are using Pro and haven’t had that issue. What you’re referring to would be the validation on that form, so I’ll have to look into that to see what may be causing that.

I’m going to be spending this next couple of weeks thoroughly testing the updates we’ve made and I’ll get the 1.1.7 update released before too much longer.

We’ve been a little bit delayed on this, obviously, and the next update is probably going to be a 1.1.6.3 with 1.1.7 following shortly after that.

I’m going to go ahead and close this ticket, but keep your eye out for the updates and let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks!
