Pop up window and simple lightbox plugin show same pages

Hi,
I am using the simple Lightbox plugin. This plugin requires settings on all pages. When I use the booklet pop up window, first the Lightbox plugin will open a page and the booklet pop up window will open the same page at the same time.
Because of the booklet shortcode I cannot switch off the Lightbox settings on the portfolio page.
