    Hi Greg.

    You may be experiencing a plugin conflict – could you try to deactivate other plugins and let us know if you found which plugin it might be conflicting with?

    Do you, by any chance, have another plugin installed that is called “Easy Pricing Tables”? Maybe that’s causing the issue?
