Do not handle the thumbnails youtube inside the post

I have a problem that if I enable the Custom Field it does not catch the youtube link of thumbnails within the posts . If I disable the custom field he can get the thumbnails links within the post. Use the Plugin acf to generate custom metabox on my thema . Has anyone experienced this ? Do you have any solution?
