Question about user restriction

    We have some custom fields in wp_users table of wordpress DB.
    (ex, user_position)
    so I want to set the permission about polls using the user_position value(not user_name).

    is this possible?
    Can you give me support to implement this feature?
    If this feature will be possible, I want to purchase your plugin.
