customizr child wp_admin page white, page links white

Could it be some problem in your child theme itself, so rename the child-theme dir, and then enable the parent theme.

hi thanks for reply ;o) Went to cpanel renamed tchild them by adding old at the end of its name in the theme folder. Used rename at the top of cpanel file manager but no change, still no login and all pages white

by no chnge I dibn’t mean the name of the folder failed to change I meant same problem

When you rename the active theme folder wordpress falls back to one of the default themes, like twentyfifteen, so if you still get that problem isn’t a Customizr issue… To be sure rename also customizr parent directory ??

have done that with customizr parent, added old to the end of it’s name within the themes folder.

renamed plugins too to pluginsold with the wpcontent folder

there are no themes without old at the end of names in the themes folder

don’t you have defaults wp themes like twentyfourteen?

ok i have done this using uploads and then extracting the the twentyfourteen xip folder

and?

when i use inspect element on the chrome browser, says there is nothing there?
