Disable email notification for E-mail Address change in Global Settings

    This possibility is documented in the following link, but is marked as “need editing”.

    Maybe related to that, after trying the example solution whenever I submit a change to email address I get a notification in dashboard saying “The email address entered did not appear to be a valid email address. Please enter a valid email address.” and the notification email still goes out.

    Im guessing the action need to provide one of the email addresses (old or new) but that isn’t happening properly.

    The reference code was missing the priority and accepted arguments in the add_action functions.
    I’ve edited the code shown on the codex page.
