Hide Product description in widget?

    Hi

    Is there any way to hide the products from showing in the side bar widget? I would like to still keep the shopping cart and proceed to payment button on display in the widget but it would help if the items etc did not show. I have added a code which displays a single line with item number(s) and total cost of items this is currently above the shopping cart. I would like to ultimately use the proceed to cart button as a view cart button instead.

    Any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance!
