Where do I insert my Google Analytics tracking ID in Decode theme

    Hello all,

    Where do I insert my Google Analytics Tracking ID in the Decode theme? I tried the header/footer plugin and also inside the code before the </body> tag but I still keep getting the message that “tracking not installed.”

    Please help. Thanks!

  • If the admin area does not have an option to insert your Analytics ID. You can edit footer.php and paste the entire analytics script right in the footer.

    if you are going to update the theme you should create a child theme and just include the footer.php with your analytics script.

    OR…
    install analyitcs by Yoast plugin.
