Currency Issue: Stripe accepting $USD instead of $AUD

I am using Stripe to accept credit card payments on FloatablesAustralia.com.au, all my setting are set to Australia, but Stripe is taking in payments in #USD, then converting it to $AUD; thus charging them more. Can you please advise, I have linked the Secret Test Key and Live Secret Key, my general setting are set to $AUD, where else could this error occur?
