site not loading after upgrade to 4.1.1

Mine is doing the same it won’t let me view edit anything as admin so I am hoping it is a wordpress problem that they are sorting out!

No, it’s not a WordPress problem – millions of people have updated.

Thank you I have done the manual update to begin with and then the automatic one but i still can’t edit any of my pages is there anything else I can do?

Do you have all plugins deactivated (by renaming the plugins folder) and a default theme active?

I’ve found the cause of the issue on my site, it’s related to the Wordfence plugin. Not sure of cause but looking into it.

No I didn’t do I need to deactivate them all and then do another automatic installation? I have a theme enfold theme.

You should deactivate ALL plugins and switch to a default theme – see if the problem goes away. If so, then reverse your steps one by one to see what’s causing it.

Thank you – how do i restore to a default theme and will I lose all of the site content? I’ve de activated all of the plugins and re installed it so I would like to see if that works but I’m not sure how to do it. Thank you. Also is there anyway of you doing it for me is there a service where you can access it and be paid to sort it out?
