• Hi all,

We are using the Nosh restaurant theme from Theme Forest and are trying to figure out how to remove some of the vertical space right under a row of the widgets. The theme uses a design feature called Pagebuilder which basically allows you to assemble different elements or widgets in “blocks”. We’ve tried making edits to the styles.css file without any luck.

    The URL is:
    https://www.chefgorji.com/store.htm

You’ll see there is a space below the product names/images that we’re trying to remove or change.

    Thanks in advance.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

I totally understand the reasons for that. We have indeed contacted them through the means they recommend, and haven’t heard from them in almost a week. We are paying customers of that theme, and are getting poor customer service in that regard. I just thought we’d cover a larger base in the hopes that someone would know.

    Thanks
