Header post image size

Hi, in demo page images 1280 × 853px were used. It is not really matter to use that particular size, but it is best practice to use same set of image sizes on your entire site.

Just choose the size it suits you the most. Just choose the size it suits you the most but it is not necessary.

For your case images on fron page (featured) are same in size. Your content beside them is different in length (short).
