personalheader.jpg links to main page

Hi, im from Argentina, sorry for my English !!

I have a question,
how can i link the personalheader.jpg to main page?

I need it, so when someones click in the personalheader.jpg, enter to https://www.mydomain.com for example.

I clean the Weblog Title, so i want that the picture links to the mainpage.
