" Post Your Event" Button not working in Front-End Submission Add-on

I am using WordPress 4.1.1 running Bulldog V2 theme.

As recently as Feb. 26, my front-end submission button was working correctly, but today I noticed that the lightbox begins to load and then it freezes before the form appears. I am using the 2.2 version of time.ly and 1.0.10 version of the Front-end submission plug in. I am also unable to find it in my download history in my timely account and cannot seem to update it, which may be part of the problem.
