forgotten password link doesn't work

Hello,
I’ve installed Woocommerce and it works properly, I receive all the emails (new booking, cancellation…) But on the checkout page, you have the block to login if you already have an account, with the forgotten password link. I enter my email adress, click on enter and nothing. No success message, no email received.
Some people say it can come from the website hosting, is it true?Thanks for your help!
