• I’m having a very odd problem happening. I’m having this plugin perform a backup once a day. The backup is happening and the resulting backup is fine, however it’s generating a lot of files. This is not only causing a problem by wiping out older backups when needed, it’s also flooding my email with 50 or so emails. This just started recently. The only change I can think of that happened was the recent upgrade to 4.1 or 4.1.1. No other plugins or settings were changed. I uninstalled the plugin, reinstalled, and updated settings with no fix. I am using a decent amount of plugins since I’m running a private site but the problem only recently appeared and worked perfectly fine prior.

EDIT: I should add I’m also using MariaDB with Nginx just in case that might make a difference.

Sorry man, I have no idea on this. I will leave it open to see if others have any thing to add on. Only thing I can thing of is the cron went crazy and called it self multiple times.

I am assuming the normal backup works but not the automatic cron backup.
