    Hello good people,

When someone try to access to my website (beachlife[dot]es) from a mobile device (perhaps Android only), it redirects to this link:

[ Malware link deleted, please do not post those here ]

On the mobile, the browser is blocking the link with an error message, but on the PC it redirect to a Play Store app Mico.

How can I fix this damn redirect without messing up some content or settings?

One more problem I have. It’s about the image slider when you open any real estate. It doesn’t change the images.

Any ideas what can cause this problem? I’m using a Realia theme.

Carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

Hello, I managed to fix the redirection manually, it was a code in the header.php

Anyway, I still have the problem with the image slider (or gallery). It doesn’t work at all. Would you check it out the website and let me know if you have any idea to fix it?

    Thank you,
    tupacan

Are you talking about the revslider on the index page? It seems to be working for me.

No, that slider is working perfectly.

It’s the image gallery when you open any of the estates. It was looking fine, but when you click other image to see, nothing happened, nor the “image viewer” popup shows up.

I just tried to clean the theme cache, and it’s worst. You can see how it looks now..

    Any ideas?

That’s odd. I’m using Chrome and I click on the top left image Fantastisk villa i Marbesa i kolonial…I see the images and if I click on an image the viewer pops up as it should.

Are you currently logged into the WordPress Dashboard? If you are, log out and see if everything works as it should.

Yes, the popup shows up now and that’s perfect, but the images should not be listed like that – all the big images, one below the other. It should looks like – one big images, and rest of them below that big one, you know, like a gallery..

    Any ideas?

Oh, OK. I didn’t know. I would suggest you post this issue at the support forum for the theme. There will be other theme users and developers to help you there.

A word of caution for you. If you haven’t cleaned all the malware from your site, you will continue to have problems. If you haven’t done so already, you will want to check the revslider to make sure it is up to date. And hopefully you have added security plugins too.

I did and they told me to clean the cache.

    Any other ideas?

That doesn’t sound like they are trying to be very helpful. You might try turning off your plugins. Using FTP go to wp-content and rename the plugin directory to plugins-off. If your theme starts working, rename plugins and turn off one at a time to you find the plugin or plugins that are conflicting with your theme.

If you are hacked (and it seems likely you are) then you’ve sadly got a lot of reading to do.

I tried renaming the plugin directory, it’s the same, the gallery is till messed up.. :/

    Any other ideas?

Is this a premium (not free) theme?

    Thread Starter tupacan

    (@tupacan)

Yes, it’s a purchased theme. And I’m not sure, but I think that this problem came after an update. But they said only to clear the cache after the update..

If you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
