I’m getting the error message “WooCommerce Product Search is enabled but not effective. It requires Woocommerce in order to work.” after just upgrading to 1.2.4. I’m running Woo 2.3.5 and WP 4.1.1. I noticed the Widget wasn’t active, so I moved it over to the spot it should be in. However, after that all of the typical options for the search weren’t available and the box didn’t appear on my site and I still got the error message above. Thanks!

Thought I had solved it, but didn’t. Reverting back to the old version pending an answer.

Hi, I’m sorry for this issue! I send a new version (1.2.5) to solve this!

I don’t get that message anymore, but now when I move the plugin to the widget area, (YITH WooCommerce Ajax) it doesn’t give me all the options that the old version did. It only gives me Title. And when I go to the new YIT Plugins menu, the options aren’t in there either. Ones to adjust the weighted values for Title, Content, Tags as well as the frontend display, such as turning off the Enter to submit. This seems like a totally different plugin. In addition, it doesn’t appear properly on my site either. It just looks like the standard Woo search box.
