Plugin descriptions must disclose "paid service"

    When applicable, plugin descriptions should be required to disclose that there are fees required to use the service/plugin. Up front, up top.
    And not simply hidden away in ambiguous text or a link.

    If there is a free and paid version – those are usually clear. I am talking about the ones that are paid only, often account required, and mention nothing in the description.
