Some words disappear in the infowindow

Excuse my poor English, it’s not my natural langage.
I’m building a new website for the tourism office i work for in France and for presenting the accomodation i have used your plugin.
My goal was to create a map with the location of every bed and breakfast on my territory and on the infowindow i put an URL with the name of the bed and breakfast.
When you open the URL you arrive on the page who presents all the bed and breakfast, on the place who presents the specific bed and breakfast you clicked on. (i used this code : La Dinandière .But my problem is that some words in the name of the bed and breakfast in the infowindow disappear. For example in the code i gave you “La Dinandière” is the name of the bed and breakfast and only “La” is in the infowindow, “Dinandière has disappear.
At first i fought the problem came from those letter : “è” and “é” but some bed and breakfast with those letter in the title appeared normally so i really don’t understand what is the problem. I have compared several words missing to find resemblance but i didn’t find anything…
Last thing (i don’t know if it is important but i want to give all the information i can) : there is a space in the infowindow where the missing words should be, the infowindow take the right size despite the non-display.
Please help me, it’s really important that i succeed to display the map correctly cause i do it for my work.
