    Are you only having issues on mobile? What mobile OS/browser are you using that’s giving you problems? Which Timed Content shortcode are you trying to use?

    hi i finally found the culprit. it was wp-supercache plugin. this plugin caches the data and most probably loads quickly but does not allow timed content rule to change the text according to time. as it loads the page from cache.i dont know is there any solution. i removed the wp-supercache now timed content rule working fine.
    thank for this powerful plugin
