Given that I’ve heard you may as well not ask for support here I thought I would just publish a list of my plugins and state that it completely breaks the header (and thus all loaded resources like CSS, JS etc) and footer off the page.

Been using Yoast for ages – can’t remember the last version I had when it worked with but upgraded immediately due to the massive injection hole found in the plugin recently.

    List of plugins:

    1. Advanced Custom Fields
    2. Advanced Custom Fields: Options Page
    3. Advanced Custom Fields: Repeater Field
    4. AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild
    5. All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely
    6. BuddyPress
    7. BuddyPress Template Pack
    8. Cookie Law Info
    9. Developer’s Custom Fields
    10. Export to Excel
    11. Google AdWords Remarketing
    12. Google Analytics
    13. Gravity Forms
    14. Hyper Cache
    15. PayPal Framework
    16. PicTips
    17. Post Meta Inspector
    18. TotalPoll
    19. WordPress Popular Posts
    20. WordPress SEO
    21. WP-Mail-SMTP
    22. WP UI – Tabs, accordions and more.

Going to do some digging and testing and if I find anything helpful I’ll post it.
