Price change on bookable product based on date and time

  • Hi everyone , this is my first post.
    I normally can find all the solutions i need without asking help, but this time i really need help.
    I am setting up a woocommerce web site for a taxi company. Thay need to have the option too book a taxi (woo theme booking product) and have some price modification based on the date (woo add-ons)(if it is saturday or sunday in a particular months of the year -> for airport transfer) and a percentage additional cost for the whole price based on the hour the bookign has been done.

    This is leading me crazy. Any suggestions ?
